Originally from England, I currently live on the beautiful island of Santa Maria, the oldest island in the Azores archipelago, and also known as 'A Ilha Amerela', the yellow island.

I am the founder of Yellow Island Yoga, offering classes, workshops & holidays here in the Azores. I also teach in the UK and the rest of Europe.
