Flights: The
standard price advertized does not include a return flight out to the
event. You can
buy your own flight or
we can buy it on your behalf. There is an admin fee of £20 on
top of the flight price. We would suggest flying to Girona Airport
(just forty minutes from the hotel in Lloret
de Mar). Alternatively you could fly to Barcelona Airport (about one and
a half hours from the hotel in Lloret de Mar).
You will
need to make your own way to your hotel if flying
into Barcelona Airport (see section entitled 'Making your own way'.
We are happy to arrange your flights for you if you would like us to.
Airport Shuttle Transfer: We offer a return shuttle transfer from Girona Airport to
your hotel.
Making Your Own Way to Your Hotel in Lloret de Mar: For those that
chose to fly into an alternate Barcelona Airport, you can easily reach your
hotel by taking one of the following routes:
Taxi from Barcelona Airport: Take a taxi from for approximately 80€.
Public Transport from Barcelona
Airport: Take a taxi from Barcelona Airport to
Barcelona Sants Train Station (about 20 euros). Take a train
from Barcelona Sants Train Station to Blanes Train Station. The
first train departs at around 9am and the last train departs around
9.30pm. There are trains every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs about 4 euros per person. Then take a taxi from Blanes Train Station to your hotel in Lloret de Mar (about 15 euros).
