Flights

We can either book flights for you or you can book them yourself for more flexibility. This is dependent on the holiday that you choose, with some holidays not including flights in the price. If you book your own, make sure to send us your flight details! This is crucial for arranging your airport transfers.

Transfers

Navigating public transport in a new country can be tricky. That’s why we handle your transfers for you. We coordinate around flight arrival times to minimize wait times, so you can get from the airport to your hotel and start your holiday as quickly as possible.

Accommodation

We meticulously select our hotels for their beautiful settings, relaxing atmosphere, and, most importantly, their spacious dance floors. Your booking includes either half board, which covers breakfast and dinner every day, or breakfast depending on the destination.

Don't miss out on special deals! The best way to stay in the loop is to join our mailing list. We send updates on new holidays and exclusive early-bird discounts directly to your inbox. Also, it ALWAYS pays to book early. Our breaks are rarely lower in price closer to departure date, with prices usually increasing (espcially if it is a package with flights) or selling out!

Holiday Extras

Every dance holiday is unique. Depending on your destination, we offer optional excursions to help you explore the local area and break up your week of dancing. Details on these unique extras are sent out closer to your holiday, giving you plenty of time to choose what you'd like to do.

Joining Instructions

We send out to guests booked on our holidays a joining instructions between 10 to 14 days before your departure. This document contains everything you need to know before you arrive, including the weekly dance itinerary, details on extra excursions, and check-in procedures. We like to assist with any extra questions, so please don't hesitate to ask. We will always do our best to ensure your holiday experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
