.) West Coast Swing - is a partner dance with roots in Lindy Hop. Typically, the follower is led forward into new patterns traveling forward on counts "1" and "2" of each basic pattern, rather than rocking back. It can be danced to a varied range of music from Blues to Country Swing, from Soul to Pop, with elasticity being the key to creating speed contrast and a stretchy look.

.) Tango - originated in the 19th century on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina and has since grown into one of the most popular dances in the world Tango is a passionate, close hold partner dance, known for its quick, sharp movements and dramatic style. Beginners usually start with 8-Count Basic, made up of 5 steps in a ‘slow, slow, quick, quick, slow’ style. The slow steps are taken over two beats of music and the quick steps over one.

.) Salsa - The basic Salsa dance rhythm consists of taking three steps for every four beats of music and can be danced in linear or circular patterns. Salsa was heavily influenced by the Rhumba and was made popular in the 1960s in New York City.

.) Zouk - is a dance originating from Brazil in the 1990s, evolved from the partner dance Lambada. The most characteristic feature of Brazilian Zouk is the follower's upper body movements which are led out of axis by intricate leading and following techniques. Other features include body isolations, tilted turns and counter-balance techniques, with well-defined basic steps and rhythmic patterns.

.) Bachata - was created in the Dominican Republic in the 1960s. The lead can decide whether to perform in open, semi-closed or closed position. The basic dance sequence is performed in a full 8-count moving within a square, consisting of three steps and then a tap; the tap is done on the opposite foot of the last step, while the next step is taken on the same foot as the tap.
