We love how pregnant actress Olivia Wilde is making time to fit in some regular Pilates. She's keen to stay fit and healthy and it's clearly working as she's been spotted by paparazzi leaving the classes regularly looking rather toned and trimmed!

Olivia’s fitness instructor, Karen Schwalbe-Jones, told E! News:
"Pilates is great for building core strength even as the belly gets bigger and bigger."

She also said that the use of reformer equipment helps create a "very personalised workout" which allows her to focus on different sections in each session.

Described by The Daily Mail as "one lean, green, Pilates Machine," the 29-year-old mother-to-be is expecting early May.
